With the arrival of the January transfer window, there are a lot of rumors and reports going on concerning certain players with different clubs but there is one player in particular that is making his way in headlines in websites and newspapers everywhere in the world of football and that’s CescFabregas.
Lionel Messi is rumored to not have a healthy relationship with his coach Luis Enrique and the Argentine player is now being linked with a move away from Barcelona and Fabregas is believed to be used as a way to lure Messi to Stamford Bridge in Chelsea.
If Messi is indeed thinking about leaving Barcelona due to his negative relationship with certain staff members of the Spanish club then reuniting with CescFabregas could be a possible outcome as Messi would like to work alongside Fabregas once more and more importantly is the fact that Chelsea does have the cash needed in order to bring a superstar into the team.
Barcelona seems to be having problems with its internal staff as AndoniZubizarreta was sacked from the club as the former director of football spent 4 years at Camp Nou and some reports are stating that he was sacked for the decision that was made on selling Fabregas to Chelsea while other reports are suggesting that it was due to the problems that have emerged with their recent transfer ban and breach of regulations which have been occurring in the past few months.
Barcelona released a statement which officially confirmed that the club has ended their relationship with AndoniZubizarreta.
“The FC Barcelona President Josep Maria Bartomeu has decided to terminate as of today the contract of the club’s Director of Football, AndoniZubizarreta. The President, in the name of the club, thanks AndoniZubizarreta for his contribution, dedication and professionalism over the last four years in his role at the head of the club’s football area.”
